I hit my water target in the end, yesterday. After writing my post I spent the next hour and a half drinking my water and reading my book.
I still suffered the after effects of dehydrating today, though. It really taught me how valuable hitting my water target is.
All in all today wasn’t too bad. I hit my step goal, and went beyond it too. I’m feeling ready to up it to 3,000 but I also think it’s going to be much tougher than the 2,000 to 2,500 increase. I still don’t know how I’m going to manage 15,000 in a day. But one step at a time.
