Day 4

Not too much to report today.

Still aching from my workout, still weighing in daily, still tracking my food (and I still suck at hitting my fibre and protein goals.

I’m debating looking at some protein bars to help me hit my goal as I don’t really know how else to add protein to my diet. I could also try more nuts for snacks but I’m not really a fan of nuts aside from peanut and pistachio (and pistachio nuts are not the cheapest!)

If anyone does stumble across my natterings, any protein bar recommendations?
