I saw a number on the scale today that I’ve not seen in a long time which made me super happy and renewed my enthusiasm.

However, my thigh is still pulling so I settled for just trying to get to my steps goal (fell slightly short but still reached the average target). I don’t feel too bad about not exercising but I know I need to do better if I want to keep seeing results.

I might get in touch with the coaches and ask for advice on workouts with an injury. I don’t want to put them on hold entirely but I know I need to be careful for a time.
