I ache so much.

I spent about an hour exercising yesterday. 45 minutes on my weight workout and then a 15 minute yoga session afterwards. I do yoga after as I find it’s the best way to ensure I stretch all my muscles and cool down properly.

I had to force out my steps and came nowhere near my fibre and protein goals… but I feel like I’m making progress. Some day I’ll figure out this macro business but I’m starting to see it’ll be a bigger change than I was anticipating.
