Yaay another 5,000 steps! I’m finding it fairly easily to step in an evening and watch Critical Role Season 2 while I get up to 5,000. I’m always knackered when I do get to my goal so I’m not ready to go up to 6,000 yet.

Tomorrow should be a workout day and currently I don’t see any reason why that won’t happen. I’m just going to have to be strict about doing it.

I’ve had a real breakthrough lately with losing fat but gaining muscle and I’m looking forward to seeing that continue.
