I can tell the weights I did on Thursday shocked my system, as I still ache today! Before I was sick I found I was only aching the day after. I’m not sure if that’s because I wasn’t pushing my workouts or if I was just getting used to it, but either way I still ache today!

My steps I didnt really aim for… I know I should have but instead my focus was on enjoying my day and trying to de-stress after a very busy week. I did get nearly halfway and I was only 7g of fibre off my target (the closest I’ve ever been) so I don’t feel too bad about how today went.
