Food, steps, and water goals achieved!
I’m nearing the end of writing about the journey, mainly because for a while I don’t feel like there’s been much to say. I’m still learning a lot about the food I eat and the nutrition values of it, especially for protein and fibre, but I’m also still learning a lot about fitting it into my schedule and prioritising it.
At one point I met my step goal consistently but now I’ve some new hobbies that I also want to spend time on so I’m adjusting to fit my steps around that. If I can achieve it during the week then hopefully the weekends will get there too.
