Despite spending most of my day on the couch, I only need to spend a small amount of time dedicating to stepping to max out my 5,000 steps for the day.

Somehow I just seemed to get steps in, today, even though I didn’t feel like I was being particularly active. If I can update my routine enough to get my 5k steps in almost effortlessly then that will be a really good start to working up to 10k a day!
